The Mandatory Window Inspection Scheme (MWIS) requires owners of private buildings 10 years or older (excluding domestic buildings of 3 storeys or below) to appoint a Qualified Person for prescribed window inspection and to supervise necessary repairs upon receiving a statutory notice from the Buildings Department.

(Regardless of whether the window inspection passes or fails, our company will follow the proper procedures: if the inspection is satisfactory, we will submit the relevant documents directly to the Buildings Department; if repairs are found to be necessary, we will only submit the documents after the repairs have been completed. The fees for window inspection and document submission are fixed throughout the process and will not change based on the inspection results. Unlike other companies, we will absolutely not charge any additional fees when the inspection passes.)

All prices include the required insurance (scaffolding excluded).
If there are obstacles at the construction site, the client must clear them; otherwise, an additional fee will apply.
If there is no electricity supply at the construction floor, a separate fee will be charged.
If the construction floor is inaccessible by lift, the fee will be quoted separately.

Window frame leak-proof works, window grilles and mosquito screens are covered by a 3-year free maintenance warranty, while aluminum window fittings are covered by a 5-year free maintenance warranty, applicable only to works or replacements carried out by our company.
Fees listed in this price list are calculated based on standard individual works. Our company will set a minimum charge according to actual project conditions.
